Greetings everyone and welcome to my page!

My name is Grace Arrogante. I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States at the age of five. I've been a hairdresser for over 25 years and if any of you know my culture you're expecting me to be a doctor or a nurse lol, but my love for fashion goes way back. I have always been drawn to looking at people and imagining them looking their best from head to toe. People are like blank canvases. I would visualize styling them with a wardrobe and move on to my favorite part... THE HAIR. Yes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder but because we are passionate artists, we look outside the box to make every client look their best.

I've worked behind the chair and still do, which is important to always stay in touch with the real world. I've been a part of a creative team that went from salon to salon to teach my peers. I've worked with the Abba company from California where I learned how to do sales, how to teach, and did the stage work in their shows which taught me confidence and communication skills. Through the years I continue to take classes to keep up with the ever changing world of fashion. A few of these highlights include Vidal Sasson in London, Sebastian in the South of France, and most recently Sharon Blain in Germany.

I've freelanced for NBC, which I can tell you is a very exciting atmosphere for doing hair! I've done the beauty part of the business working with many brides and making their wedding day truly special. I feel it's an honor to be a part of someone's special day. It is very rewarding to capture the bride's vision for her wedding day. And of course the most creative of all...EDITORIALS where you learn to collaborate with other passionate and creative artists. The model is your canvas working with a fabulous photographer to make everything come alive. Do I love my job? Of course I do!
